Ordered a tracksuit on 28/12/22 and sent it back, arrived 04/01/23 which was confirmed by tracking, the company did not respond and confirm the parcel had arrived. It has now been three weeks and I am yet to receive confirmation that Daily Paper have my parcel, I have emailed them three times and i have not received a response even though their own company policy states that emails will be responded to within three business days, it has now been 6 working days and I have not received any response. In addition to this daily paper state that refunds should be processed 5 business days after receiving the parcel and 7-10 business days during busy periods, it has now been 15 days since they received my parcel. Still awaiting a response, the customer service has been nothing short of shocking, really disappointing considering I enjoy the quality of their products, but their poor customer service definitely outweighs that. Will not be using this company again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else use them either unless you want disappointment. This is not the first time I’ve had issues obtaining a refund from daily paper.

I ordered the cropped epuffa women’s jacket from this brand and I must say that the printing on the jacket is absolutely shocking. The brand name/logo on the jacket had already started peeling off only after the second time of wearing it. If there was an option to upload photos to show how bad it is I would. I’ve tried to contact customer service to resolve this issue but daily paper have been nothing but unresponsive. I will never buy from here again and advise others not to do so too

I had an issue with one order which I wasn’t aware of till they emailed me to apologise there had been an issue that had been rectified and my order was on the way .
Next day I received the item still within the expected time scale .

The cloths are amazing quality I have other brands in my collection that are far more expensive and if I’m honest no where near the standard of some of my Daily Paper stuff
I now have more Daily Paper in my wardrobe than any other brand

Iv emailed customer services twice since last year and both times Iv had a reply and query resolved in less than 24 hours

Never any issue with postage / delivery times most recently received my orders in 48 hours or less

If your reading this review and you looked at the 1 stars first notice most of them are 1 review keyboard warriors 😂

I’m happy to recommend Daily Paper Clothing and their service without any hesitation
Il be a regular customer for the foreseeable future

I was about to place an order and had initially decided against it after reading some of the negative reviews.... but then changed my mind.

I had actually sent a message via Live Chat during the weekend, regarding the location of their warehouse. If returns would indeed need to be sent to Amsterdam - at own cost - then that would be a non-starter (Brexit admin burden & cost). Since I knew that some items would have to be returned (ordered items in 2 sizes, to evaluate the fit) that obviously would have been a deal breaker.

On Monday morning I immediately received feedback via email, and when I returned to the Live Chat someone was there to answer all my questions.

Daily Paper now have a UK-based warehouse and not only can you return to this warehouse free of charge, but the shipping is fast, really fast! I received my order within 24h.

Daily Paper don't do themselves any favours with their website content however. Nowhere does it address concerns that people might have regarding:
1) the location of the warehouse,
2) the website states "Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost" while the return portal allows for FREE returns
3) the website also states "All orders will be delivered within the next 5 to 9 working days"... I received mine within 24h

The only little hick-up I would say is that upon returning items, there are no notifications being set yet as to the status of your return.

But again, get in touch via Live Chat and things soon get sorted.

It's odd really... it would take me 60 minutes to rewrite the Service section of the website and remove many barriers to making a purchase. But that is not happening somehow.

On the other hand, Andrea & Victoria on the Live Chat have been absolutely brilliant. If it wasn't for the Live Chat agents, I would have never made a purchase.

Oh... and I would forget, the clothing items are quality! And they all came in individual sealed bags.

I think it is a wonderufll brand they are making good steps and I am really happy with the shirts that I have ordered.

Now i got half a tracksuit that does not go with anything else and no way to contact them. I find it a shame, i used to always wear this brand. Now they have become obsessed with earning money. They clearly don’t give a crap about their costumers

Victoria has been amazing and a huge help when my return was lost.
10/10 service will definitely be using them again, clothing is excellent quality aswell.
